How do you work with non-technical founders?
In plain English, with decisions written down. You get a named senior contact, a scope you can read without a glossary, and and a demo of working software at the end of every stage. Not a status report describing one.
How is this different from a traditional development agency?
Scope and cost are agreed before work starts, and the engineers who scoped the project are the ones who build it. You own the code and the infrastructure from day one, so you are never locked in by the people who wrote it.
Can I not just build this with an AI tool?
For a prototype, often yes. The gap shows up at the point where something has to be reliable, secure, and maintainable by someone other than the person who prompted it. We use AI throughout our own delivery, with experienced engineers accountable for what ships.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. We are UK-based and work with founders and innovation teams across the UK and the EU, running remotely with working hours that overlap your team.
Who owns the code you write?
