Our Story
Nexur Technology was founded in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, with one straightforward goal: give businesses access to good software engineering and the right technical people to build it. We started as a small team of developers who were frustrated watching well-funded projects fail because of avoidable technical decisions, and we wanted to do something about it.
Over time, we grew into a full-service technology partner. We added AI automation capabilities when it became clear that the businesses we were working with were losing significant time to manual processes that could be reliably automated. We added talent solutions when clients told us that finding the right engineers was often a bigger problem than the technology itself.
We have deliberately stayed focused rather than trying to be everything to everyone. We work in software engineering, AI automation, and technical talent placement. These disciplines overlap closely, and staying focused means we can be genuinely good at them rather than mediocre across a wider surface area.
Today, we work with scale-ups, established businesses, and in-house technology teams across the UK. We remain based in High Wycombe, and most of our clients come to us through referrals from people we have worked with before. We think that says something about how we operate.

Excellence
We hold our work to a high standard, and we do not ship things we are not comfortable putting our name to. That applies to production code, technical documentation, and the advice we give. We have passed on projects where we did not think we were the right fit, because getting it wrong costs the client more than the project is worth.
Honest assessment
We tell clients what we genuinely think, including when the answer is that something is more complex than expected, or that a proposed approach is likely to cause problems later. Telling people what they want to hear is easier in the short term and worse for everyone in the long term.
