Each evaluation is structured and personalised to the stakeholder's specific industry and role, and takes up to 60 minutes per person.

Consultant-Led Process Review Sessions
Growth & ComprehensiveGrowth and Comprehensive customers receive dedicated process review sessions run by our consultants. These are focused, structured conversations designed to go deeper on the areas flagged by the evaluations. Our consultants use structured analysis to surface relevant patterns and prompt the right questions, but their expertise and judgement guide every session.

Once all inputs are gathered, our team analyses everything and your consultant reviews the outputs. You'll receive a notification when your analysis is ready in the portal. Typically: Starter engagements complete in 1–2 weeks from purchase; Growth in 2–3 weeks; Comprehensive in 3–5 weeks.
