Software Engineers
Vetted engineers with production experience across web, API, and mobile development.
Development experience that covers the full stack
The engineers we place have built production systems. We vet for practical ability: code quality, architecture decisions, testing discipline, and how clearly they communicate with non-technical stakeholders. Most candidates have between 4 and 12 years of experience and have worked in product teams before. They know how to integrate into a working codebase without needing someone to hold their hand.
We work with you to understand the specific role before shortlisting anyone. A backend engineer who is strong on Node.js and PostgreSQL is not the same as one who knows .NET and SQL Server. We match on the actual technical requirements, not just seniority level.
Full-Stack Development
React and Next.js on the frontend with Node.js, .NET, or Python on the backend. Engineers who can own a feature from database schema through to UI component without handoffs between specialists. Comfortable with TypeScript throughout, cloud deployment on Azure or AWS, and writing tests as part of normal delivery.
Backend Specialists
REST and GraphQL API design, business logic, authentication systems, background job queues, and third-party integrations. Comfortable in Node.js, .NET/C#, or Python. Strong on data modelling, query optimisation, and writing integrations that handle failures gracefully rather than silently dropping requests.
Frontend Experts
React and TypeScript with performance and accessibility built in. Familiar with Figma handoff, component systems, and the full build pipeline. Not just UI builders. These are engineers who understand the rendering model, can diagnose real performance issues in production, and build interfaces that hold up when the data gets complex.
Mobile Development
React Native with Expo for cross-platform iOS and Android apps. Covers build configuration, push notifications, deep linking, app store publishing, and native module integration where the standard library falls short. Experience with OTA updates, over-the-air configuration, and managing releases across both platforms.

Dedicated full-time
One or more engineers working exclusively on your product. Best for teams that need consistent capacity and want someone who is genuinely embedded in their ways of working, attending standups, reviews, and planning sessions.
Part-time top-up (2 to 3 days per week)
Works well when you have a gap in a specific area. For example, a backend specialist to support an existing frontend team, or a senior engineer to review architecture while junior developers carry the sprint work.
Project-based
Fixed scope, defined deliverable, agreed cost. We scope it before anyone starts. If you would prefer a fully managed project rather than placing an individual engineer, our Full-Stack Development service handles that end-to-end.
How it works
- 01
Tell us what you need
A 30-minute call to understand the role, the stack, the team structure, and the timeline.
- 02
We shortlist candidates
Usually 2 or 3 profiles within a few days, selected for the specific requirements rather than just general seniority.
- 03
You meet the candidates
A short technical conversation on your side to assess fit. We do not run formal coding tests unless you want them.
- 04
Work starts
Typically within 1 to 2 weeks of agreeing terms.
